Plugin conflict with word 2013
I had to re-install Microsoft Office recently on my laptop.
Now if I install the Mendeley plugin it's impossible to open Word 2013 documents. Word will start-up but I keep getting hang on a blank screen and I have to close the program via the task manager.
Removing Mendeley plugin fix the issue.
I tried removing and re-installing both Mendeley and Word but I can't seem to fix the problem. Any advice would be appreciated
Chris

Journal neuroendocrinology style csl
Hello,
I wanna change the reference style for one document to the Journal of Neuroendocrinology Style (Wiley), but Mendeley desktop doesn´t have this style. Does anyone of You guys have it?
I couldn´t find it at Zotero, gitHub or http://citationstyles.org/styles/style-repository/.
I really appreciate if someone share this style.

Incorrect Mapping of fields between Mendeley and Citation Style Language
I began using Mendeley when I started graduate school. The interface is intuitive, but I am coming to my whits end with the extremely poor handling of citations. I use APA, a VERY common citation format. Journals format fine, however I (and I am sure many others) rely on a mix of sources. In my instance, this includes government reports and court cases. The problem is, the fields are not mapping correctly between Mendeley and the CSL structure.
Mendeley and Zotero both use the same CSL definition, and Zotero format it perfectly. I don't think there is a need to list every single issue, so I will use this as an example. When I create a "Case" document type, it should be formatted "Ouachita Watch League v. Jacobs. , 463 F. 3d 1163 (11th Cir. 2006)." Instead it is formatted "463 F. 3d 1163 (11th Cir. Ouachita Watch League v. Jacobs (2006)."
If there is something that I am entirely missing, I would of course be more than happy to have someone point it out to me. But as it stands, when I enter the appropriate information into the fields AS THEY ARE NAMED in Mendeley, they do not result in proper citation for almost everything except Journal Articles in APA.
Since this is a question board, here is my question. Is there something I am missing, or is this a known issue with Mendeley. If the latter, is there any work toward fixing it?

Problem in File Location
Previously I used to store my all pdf files into my local drive for example: F:\Research , and when I used to open any pdf file from mendley by "Open Containing Folder" it takes me to "C:\Users\SOOMRO\AppData\Local\Mendeley Ltd\Mendeley Desktop\Downloaded", which is dangerous because last time my windows was deleted and all the files and their correct titles and years corrected by me mannually were lost.
How can I point all my mendely files pointing to F:\Research folder instead of ....downloaded folder?
and why it happens?

Duplicate citations in paper
I'm writing a manuscript using the Springer numbers style and when I cite "Jones et al" it is automatically assigned a number "4". When the same reference comes up again it is not assigned the original number, but rather a new one and pops up in the bibliography as a duplicate. Please help?

BUG - INSTALL MS WORD PLUGIN
I HAVE JUST UPDATED MY MENDELEY DESKTOP APPLICATION TO THE LATEST VERSION 1.11 BUT HAVE ENCOUNTERED A MAJOR PROBLEM. THE REFERENCING PLUG-IN FOR MICROSOFT WORD HAS VANISHED!
I HAVE TRIED INSTALLING IT AGAIN BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTION PROVIDED ON YOUR FORUM PAGE:
"To install the Mendeley Plugin you need to first close Word and then on Mendeley Desktop go to Tools Install Your text processor Plugin. If after installing the Mendeley Plugin you are unable to find the toolbar, please try the following:
1. On your text processor, go to View Toolbars and select the Mendeley toolbar. You should then be able to see the buttons 'Insert Citation', 'Insert Bibliography', etc. In Word 2007 and 2010, you will find the Mendeley plugin in Word's References ribbon.
2. Try and insert a citation by clicking on 'Insert Citation' and a dialog window will appear. You can either type in the title of the reference you wish to insert, or click Go To Mendeley, and then selecting the relevant reference in your Mendeley Desktop.
3. If you click Go To Mendeley, the 'Send Citation to Word' button will appear on Mendeley Desktop. Click on it to send the citation to your Word document.
4. When you are ready to insert the Bibliography, simply click on the 'Insert Bibliography' button."
HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK! AND GIVES ME THE CONSISTENT ERROR: "WORD/OUTLOOK IS CURRENTLY RUNNING...". I HAVE CLOSED WORK, SHUT DOWN MY PC AND RESTARTED BUT STILL HAVING THE PROBLEM.
PLEASE FIX

Multiple entries in bibliography
Hi Support,
Just a few problems with Mendeley. Whenever I save a reference to my bibliography I end up getting multiple entries of the same reference scattered throughout the bibliography. In addition a grey highlighting appears over a number of entries. I can delete it but it re-occurs when I add new references.
I have the newest version installed on windows 7. I have thought of uninstalling and re-installing the program but do not wish to lose any of my research.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks

Using VBA with Word Plugin
Dear Mendeley support people,
I asked this question earlier and have had no response. Maybe I wasn't clear.
Let me try again.
I'm using the Mendeley Word Plugin.
I want to use VBA to enter text into the Mendeley "Insert Citation" dialog and then submit the text.
I can invoke the "Insert Citation" dialog. I cannot get VBA to enter text into it. VBA can't "see" it.
To get VBA to see the dialog, I need object references for:
- the "Insert Citation" dialog itself;
- the text box contained in the "Insert Citation" dialog; and
- the OK button contained in the "Insert Citation" dialog.
I can't see references to these objects documented in the Mendeley Plugin Object Library. But they must exist. What are they?
Thank you,
Ian Lucas
