i get this message: "An unknown error has occurred, Mendeley has been notified. (EID: merr-523824564ec16)"
also, mendeley desktop tells me it cannot connect to the internet and i cannot install the MS word plugin.
regarding the plugin, it told me to uninstall and the download and reinstall mendeley desktop. i did so several times but i still get the same problems. i am using windows 8 and microsoft word profesional plus 2010.
also,how i reset/delet my mendeley account? i would like to start over...(willing to pay the price of losing my current data, i really need this to work smoothly and i need the word plugin!) can you please give me some advice? thanks,

Mendeley plugin crashes Word 2013
Hello. I am using Mendeley in Word 2013, and it has worked fine for a while. Now it crashes Word every time I try to use the "Insert Citation" with the error Word stopped working.
How do I get around this problem?

Error when syncing desktop and web account
Since installing v1.9.2 (yesterday) I have encountered a number of stalls while syncing the desktop with my web account - I have been doing a large number of updates to the database.
The stall is at a consistent point when starting on annotations (see picture), but doesn't happen every time (it has just run through OK after several stalls).
The desktop is running on Ubuntu 10.04LTS (OK, I know its old but its rather a small machine - handy for traveling!)
Any ideas?

Error during fetching annotations
I am constantly receiving an error when syncing. It stalls at 76% Retrieving Annotations (0% Fetched) and shows me the following:

Running on Ubuntu 12.04, MD 1.10-dev5.
Do we know why this occurs?

Capitalizing titles
I am working with reference citations in both English and Spanish using Chicago Manual of Style (author-date) reference style. In Spanish, it is common only to capitalize the first word of a title or after a colon whereas in English the titles should be title case. How can I fix the CSL style such that titles are formatted in the bibliography EXACTLY as the title is entered in the Mendeley desktop entry? That way I can control exactly how the bibliography appears by not capitalizing the Spanish titles and capitalizing the English ones as I enter them into Mendeley.

Word citations
I have a lot of citations in MS Word 2010 (Sources.xml). How do I import these references into Mendelay? Also, I am noticing there are a lot of errors in my bibliography such as a lack of capitalization, errors in character accents, errors in author names etc. Do I have to go through and manually edit each reference?

font size
Is there an easy way to change the font size? It is not so much of a problem when I am entering or editing citations, but if I am trying to take more extensive notes in the "notes" field, the text is so small, it is difficult to work with.
I did try changing the laptops default font size, I saw that somewhere, but that was unsuccessful.
Since you have bold and underline, it seems font size would not be that difficult to add.

Highlighting in multi document entry
I have some entries that contain multiple documents becuase for article, working paper or some online appendices.
I just realized that when using highlighting in one of these documents it automatically becomes transferred to all the other ones, i.e. I read the PDF online appendices (1 column document) and can see and even edit the hightlightings from the published article (3 column document).
Only realized it after having deleted most of my previous hightlightings... -_-

Do PDF files need to be kept on hard drive once they have been uploaded to Mendeley?
My question stems from a similar concern expressed by other Mendeley-users: the links to some of my PDFs no longer work after updating Mendeley and deleting the files from my hard drive. I am wondering if I need to maintain a copy of the PDF on my hard drive in order for the file to appear in Mendeley (desktop and web)? I was hoping that once I uploaded files to Mendeley Desktop and synced them to the Mendeley Web I would then be able to delete them from my hard drive, thus freeing up more space there.

"Search by Title" does not work properly, shows only partial results in between dots "..."

There was a request some time ago. This one. Nothing changed since then. This is extremely annoying, to be honest, as it's like the feature that defines that face of the application and it is completely broken for such a long time!

Whenever Mendeley Desktop tries to synchronize with Mendeley Web (such as upon every startup, or if I hit sync at any time) I get a "Network Error Message" with the following text:

How do I make the bibliography double spaced?
The bibliography automatically refreshes as single spaced. How do I change the default setting?

I want to add other citations (not from Mendeley) into my reference page.
I can add them in easily enough, but they get deleted when the page refreshes (which it seems to do automatically sometimes). How do I stop the automatic refreshing and deletion of my additional citations?
