How do I use one reference style for my bibliography, specifically Harvard reference format 1, while using numbering for in-text references, specifically the IEEE style. I would like the references in the bibliography to have a number corresponding to the in-text reference. I'm aware that this can be done using the CSL editor but I am unfamiliar with how this works.

Aptamers have the ability to form complex shapes which allow them to undergo structure specific interactions and complex formations with proteins and small target molecules [4].
