how to change bibliography style

How do I use one reference style for my bibliography, specifically Harvard reference format 1, while using numbering for in-text references, specifically the IEEE style. I would like the references in the bibliography to have a number corresponding to the in-text reference. I'm aware that this can be done using the CSL editor but I am unfamiliar with how this works. Here is an example: In text: Aptamers have the ability to form complex shapes which allow them to undergo structure specific interactions and complex formations with proteins and small target molecules [4]. Bibliography: 1. Liu, K., Lin, B. and Lan, X. 2013. Aptamers: A promising tool for cancer imaging, diagnosis, and therapy.Journal of cellular biochemistry, 114 (2), pp. 250--255. 2. Lakhin, A., Tarantul, V. and Gening, L. 2013. Aptamers: Problems, Solutions and Prospects. Acta naturae, 5 (4), p. 34. 3. Germer, K., Leonard, M. and Zhang, X. 2013. RNA aptamers and their therapeutic and diagnostic applications. International journal of biochemistry and molecular biology, 4 (1), p. 27 4. Keefe, A., Pai, S. and Ellington, A. (2010). Aptamers as therapeutics. Nature Reviews Drug Discovery, 9(7), pp.537--550.
