Been using Mendeley for a while (years) with word plugin working fine. Recently updated to Mendeley 1.11 after long period of no updates. Always have been using Vista and Word 2003. In what is probably my first time trying to insert a citation since Mendeley update, I got this Active x 429 error.
I've thoroughly reviewed ALL support-posts, and have ensured nothing is running as administrator, have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, opened files from within word only. No dice. I checked the registry for keys as listed in (http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/977868-insert-citation-word-plug-in-error), but at least the MendeleyWordPlugin keys don't exist (maybe that was an older version?)
I'm a longtime loyal user of Mendeley and would LOVE to get this working again. I'll even go to my prior old-install if possible. Any advice?
