Import Fail

I recently downloaded both the Chrome "Save to Mendeley" button and the Mendeley desktop app. It worked perfectly for a couple weeks and now my "Save to Mendeley" button does not work and I often get the message "Import Fail." How do I fix this? I have a MacBook Pro.
