Dear agent,
Please help! Today I've tried to restore a backup I manually made a couple of days ago, but it does not work... In Mendeley desktop I go to: Help - restore - backup and select the backup I need. Then a pop-up screen appears saying:
"Checking backup files..." and then
"Deleting your server data..."
This hasn't changed over the last few hours. I to restore a couple of times but the program seems to be stuck/crash. Do I do something wrong?
Please help me, I really need that backup.
