Is it possible to retrieve Mendeley document notes?
I had noted a watched document in Mendeley desktop prior to checking and confirming its details that were wrongly and automatically updated from web. Therefore when I came back to fix the details I've noticed that the fields are all wrong; so I taught the document was wrongly attached to that details and I removed the file attachment to produce a separate detail for the document which I had noted. After that all my precious notes are gone!!
HOW CAN I RETRIEVE THEM? IS IT POSSIBLE?
I need them in any format. Is it possible to retrieve it somehow from somewhere in the computer; maybe a hidden or temporary directory? How are annotation layers saved in Mendeley separately? and where?
I'll appreciate any possible help.
I think the document notes should never be removed in any case since they are precious as the document itself which is not permanently deletable from the Mendeley desktop.

but don't understand if that means no possible recovery because my last auto stored backup is before writing the notes and after their disappearance?
