When I reboot and then try to run Mendeley I get a get a crash report and notification that recovery is being done and that a Report is being sent to Mendeley. Finally it reaches the point of loading the main window. Then the Mendeley logo disappears and shortly thereafter I receive an error message (See attached file).
However the task manager reports that the process is running and it is also listed under Applications. The program is not visible on the screen nor is it hidden under another window.
How do I recover from this?
