Everytime I drugged all my PDF files into Mendeley, but any information of the paper doesn't appear at all at any files
Then I should manually try to "search by title", or provide 'DOI' information. This is very troublesome.
My colleauge does not have problem at all with the same manners..
This problem happens not only in my mendeley desktop but also at my home.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance
