Autorenewal unwanted

Hello, I have been charged recently for another year subscription by auto-renewal. I expected an email before this charge was placed but it must be your practice to send this notification after a charge has been made. I would like a refund and a cancellation of my premium account. I no longer utilize Mendeley and do not wish to use it. Thank you, Joseph Kelly
