Problem with two sets of references

Hi, in Word document, I found 2 sets of references. One from my library and another from a shared library that I'am the owner. The problem that appear is that some references is duplicated in the bibliography. There is a tip or a function to change fix this problem ? Can I merge the two sets of references in only one ? Thanks
