I started using Mendeley after my institution switched from RefWorks in October. At that time I had a problem with the word plugin. After two updates I am still having the same problem: the word plugin does not automatically load. I had to manually add it to the "template add-ins" and I have to go through hoops to turn it on every single time I start MS Word. This is extremely annoying. My guess is that it's a macro template and my institution has word set to not automatically load macros, but I'm not sure if this is the case. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, any suggestions on how to fix it? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the word plugin (but again, I have to manually add the templates because even though mendeley desktop says it installed the plugin, it didn't). I'm using word 2010 and mendeley 1.10.3 along with the 1.10.3 plugins. Thanks.
