Annoutations deleted

Dear Mendeley Support, After two weeks of using Mendeley all our annoutations have been deleted. It is now impossible to sync our library (Error Message: Unknown (at 76% sync)). Also in our local libraries all notes are gone. We should hand in our research next week and have now thanks to the error a hugh problem. Do you have a solutions for this problem? Have this problem occured before? Thanks for your support
