Can you help me please? I've lost all annotations and highlights from my articles. Everything worked perfectly last Friday and today, when I opened Mendeley Desktop, I was shocked. All my work disappeared. What should I do?

I have used Mendeley for a couple of weeks, and re-opening today I discovers all the highlightings on my documents are gone! is there a possible way to restore them? I haven't moved the documents in my hard drive or anything similar. Thank you

I've a problem with mendeley desktop, it is not able to retrieve the annotations (0% fetched), and it is not searching the literature saying 'There was an error during the search, please try again'. Dear Mendeley Support, After two weeks of using Mendeley all our annoutations have been deleted. It is now impossible to sync our library (Error Message: Unknown (at 76% sync)). Also in our local libraries all notes are gone. We should hand in our research next week and have now thanks to the error a hugh problem. Do you have a solutions for this problem? Have this problem occured before? Thanks for your support
