When logging on to Mendeley Desktop I get the following error message: 'An error occurred when contacting Mendeley. Details - Unable to send HTTP request to /oauth/token/(0)'
Could you please advise on how to adjust my computer settings so that I may be able to log in.

Mendeley plugin crash on startup and only works with word 2013 safemode
Hello,
Recently my mendeley stops working with word normally. It crashes word 2013 consistently on startup. (When I delete the word plugin, everything is fine, and word settings are reset to default). After some trials I finally got it work with word safe mode. But this is not a long term solution. My guess is it has some interference with other default plugin, but no luck when I disable everything else. So I wonder if anyone can give me a clue?

Rename of the tag in all papers
Hi Mendeley Team,
Are there any way of the simultaniously renaming the specific tag in all papers that it is flagged by? I mean something like a double-clicking to the tag in the 'Filter by Tag' list followed by renaming it (or open a right-click menu on the tag name in the list and choosing the rename option in it). The only way I was possible to find is to create the new tag for any paper and then drag-and-drop the the tag-to-change to the newly created tag.

archive - tidy up
Hallo,
my Mendeley Desktop cannot get to tidy the File Organizer up. It starts the archiving procedure and it never ends. I left it working for an entire night, to archive 23 files, and it just didn't...
Does anybody know why it does that?

Please, I can`t see the tool bar. When I try to show the tool bar this error apear:

Shortcuts not working in Fullscreen mode
Hi! I'm aware this issue has already been brought up. But it's really bothering me right now. I'm on OSX and my screen is just small. Fullscreen gives me a great advantage, especially for my eyes.
This bug was reported 2 years ago, are you guys working on this? It must be a really simple fix!

Deleted citation re-inserted in Word
Hello, a previously deleted citation keeps on being reinserted in the references, although it is nowhere in the text. Using IEEE this means my references start at (2) not (1). I've even deleted the file from my Mendeley library, but now it just asks for me to re-load it. Any suggestions?

Mendeley icon in reference tab not visible
I have been using Mendeley to cite references and create bibliography. However now when I try, the icon appears faded and it will not cite for me at all. Help as a paper is due.

Removing from collection by origin of file
Somehow I set Mendeley to watch parent folders of the folder I really wanted and as a result lots of pdfs which I didn't want in Mendeley have been added. Is there a way of removing files from collection based on their origin on my computer?

Word plugin
I recently installed a tryal version of MW Word 2013 together with my old licenced version of MS Word 2010 on my new notebook. The "Install MS Word Plugin" option puts the plugin only in MW Word 2013. Is there a way to get it algo in the MS Word 2010 installation?

Hi
I've just reinstalled Mendeley desktop and installed the ms Word plugin, but it doesn't Work. In references in Word 2013 I don't have the "insert citation" icon and the style dropdown menu is empty. In Mendeley desktop I don't have the icon for citation. I'm running Windows 8.1.

Page number (and hence, total number of pages) is not getting not displayed after opening new pdf in mendeley desktop. I have to scroll to 2nd page of the pdf everytime to get it displayed. I am using 1.11 version on ubuntu 14.04.

Needs Review - what happens when it finds article in Mendeley?
Hi!,
I have just set up my account in the last week so apologies if this has been dealt with / answered - although I couldn't find info about this. So I have quite a few papers that have been marked as needs review, and when the view research category is highlighted I figure I should be able to click this the citation is fixed automatically but this doesn't seem to happen. What actually happens here - does it create a duplicate citation or is it fixed and I need to tick that it has been checked?

Mendeley Desktop Keeps Crashing
Hi,
I am having a big problems here. Whenever I used Mendeley, it keeps crashing. It does not want to display any paper I've uploaded. It was really troublesome as I need to reopen each paper again and again.
When I'd closed Mendeley and tried to reopen it, I got pop-up window that says "MendeleyDesktop is already running but may not be responding. Click he icon in the taskbar and dock to activate it".
Anyone could help me here? Thank you!

File metadata not read after renaming
Hi,
I have been so excited to have found out about your great product and at first it seemed to have worked just fine, at least capturing 70 % of metadata. But then I had to rename my files and when I reloaded (after cleaning up everything first), no metadata is read properly. I changed the file naming convention (from whatever to TITLE YEAR but probably because I dont have the hyphen, the naming doesnt fit. But isnt Mendeley supposed to extract metadata from within the file (most of them are books, not papers) rather than just the file name? When I click on the SEARCH by TITLE, it messes it up even worse.
I'm also sending some files to the support email. The problem is, I cannot rename all my hundreds of files.

I tried to install Mendeley but got following errors
