Hi,
Mendeley is acting funny. I just managed a bunch of folders and citations saved in my group folders. I exited Mendeley Desktop and the next time I opened it, all the group folders were gone. I tried to restore a backup from 2 days ago, and it just put a bunch of citations in an unsorted folder, made the library folders disappear too. Now all my stuff ( from group "Second Step Meta-Analysis" and library) is all unsorted, and 1000 of the 4125 citations got deleted during the restore. I wish they were back in their folders sorted and tagged. This is important.
An error code I received during the process was (EID: merr-52ac000ad3)
Any help, please.
