Hi Mendeley development team.
I'm thoroughly enjoying using this, having recently moved from Endnote. There's only one niggling issue I am finding when using the desktop version: The "filter by" pane with the dropdown menu for "Author Keywords", "Authors", "My Tags" and "Publications" is in need of the facility to type in text to limit the list, or to explicitly search by text-input Author, Tag, or Publication. I have thousands of authors, and using the scrolling on this pane is not time efficient.
Just a thought.
