I was inserting citations fine with the plug in, until I got to an article that seems the same as the rest. But when I try to insert it, nothing shows up. I click insert, search by author, it finds the article, I click on the article and it is shown in the bar, I click ok; nothing shows up.
It worked for the others. Why not this one? I don't want to keep using this program if it's going to work "sometimes". I've already had a lot of trouble with the iPad app.
