Delegating data entry for a library

Hi, I would like to delegate data entry for Mendeley to my assistant, and I am wondering what the correct process to do this is. I suspect I should first create a group that includes my assistant and me. Once I do that, however, how do I specify that she has the read/write rights to the "all documents" folder?
