I deeply love Mendeley but have recently been having several issues with the word plugin. The latest occurs when I press the insert citation button in word, which directly returns the following error:
"Mendeley Word Plugin Problem
Automation error (-2147024156) in MendeleyPlugin
For more help, please visit http://support.mendeley.com"
What can be done about it?
