My Word numeral mode is set as Context and it shows numbers as the contexts well, Persian numbers if I write in Persian and English numbers if I write English.
In Mendeley for numeric inline citations like ACM or IEEE it shows English numbers even in RTL mode (Persian writing). I should say that it was working fine before on my system, I mean inline numbers were in Persian or English based on paragraph language, but after applying some styles and updating to new IEEE style (v. 18 July) it wouldn't work anymore and it always shows English numbers.
Reinstalling Word plugin and reverting back to default styles and removing custom styles didn't helped.
