After updating both Office and Mendeley (latest versions installed, Office in Spanish) due to previous failure, and installing/uninstalling the Word pug-in, whenever I open Word a window appears showing this message "Error de compilación en el módulo oculto: Mendeley", the same window appears when I try to use Mendeley from the upper bar, and nothing happens when I try to use any of the features on the Mendeley toolbar for Word.
It is really frustrating, is there anything I can do?? The Mac is running an Intel Chip and all the other features work properly.
