Hi there! I accidentally made annotations to a document in my library on two different machines before trying to sync on both, creating a conflict. Resolving it on one machine worked as expected, but now I've tried to sync on the other and I've received an error when the sync process reaches downloading annotations:
'An unknown error has occurred, Mendeley has been notified. (EID: merr-522eb508a6847)'
I've tried removing the document in question from both my local library and the web library, but the error still pops up. I've also tried restoring from a backup, but that process throws the same error when it tries to delete data from the server and aborts: 'Deleting your server data failed. Try again later.'
Is there any way to reset the sync process without losing my annotations? Cheers!
