CSL issue: Mendeley seems to ignore localization

Hi! I have rewritten a CSL to use with a Master's Degree at Université Laval, a French-language university in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. It can be found here: http://www.zotero.org/styles/universite-laval-departement-dinformation-et-de-communication In the root element, I have specified the default-locale attribute as fr-CA. On the webpage of the Zotero Style Repository, when I hover over my style, the pop-up window renders everything as expected. However, in the Mendeley Desktop app, as well as in LibreOffice, when I ask to format my citations, many elements are still written in English. I have hard-coded all terms to French in the CSL... But cannot do it for webpage's access dates. They are always rendered with months in English. I have to correct everything by hand in my papers. Have other users experienced this? Thanks!
