I can open my internet browser and the mendeley web with no difficulties,
have added an exception to my firewall for mendeley and also temporarily disabled my anti-virus software with no success.
Mendeley desktop will not connect to the internet. I tried to reset the programme and I am now unable to log in. This is having recently had problems with the wireless network in the office.
Any advice would be welcome.
