Hello,
I have Mendeley desktop and MS Word 2010 working together perfectly for two years and suddenly they have lost communication. I have uninstalled and re-installed the MS Word plugin but nothing happened. The messages I get are:
Mendeley: "There was a problem setting up Word plugin communication: The address is protected"
MS Word: "Unable to start Mendeley Desktop automatically: connection refused"
I get that message even I manually start Mendeley Desktop.
What went wrong?
