I am working on Microsoft Word on a Mac.
I have this problem only with one reference:
Gorovoy, Jerry; Tabatabai Asbaghi, P. (1997). Louise Bourgeois: Blue Days and Pink Days (p. 306). Milan: Fondazione Prada.
When writing the name of the book in the Mendeley Toolbar, it finds the reference, then I click on the OK button, but nothing happens. However, if I click on the Go to Mendeley button on the toolbar, the programme freezes.
I have tried entering and deleting this reference. I've also tried to insert it in different places in the document. I have refreshed the Mendeley Toolbar and syncronised Mendeley applications.
I have also restarted the Word document, Mendeley Desktop and Mendeley Web. But nothing works.
What should I do?
