Reference layout

Hi, I am using the Havard Style Ref system. When I reference in the word document it comes up as (Redo et al 2009) for example. However, in the bibliography it is not naming each author as it should and it is still coming up as Redo et al on the reference list. How do I get it to name all corresponding authors? It does it for some but not others. Cheers
