Every time I try to edit a citation, it is coming up with the error "Problem updating citation", and tells me to take it out and re-enter. I have read about several others with the same problem.
I am using a Mac with Microsoft Word 2011. I just installed the latest Mendeley update, removed and re-installed the Word plugin, and still an issue. It was working perfectly for me until about 2 weeks ago.
It does work to remove the citation and reenter, but that is extremely annoying, especially when you have more than one reference in the one citation. Requires remembering all of them, and re-entering them all.
It is driving me absolutely crazy, and am seriously considering switching to a different ref manager if this doesn't get sorted out soon.
