I have been trying for a few weeks now to get both these features to work. I have over 300 published articles in my library, but Mendeley Suggest says I still need 20 articles for it to work. It actually goes back and forth telling me there is a technical problem, and then that I don't have enough articles.
The related articles button doesn't work either. In fact it crashes the program every time I hit it.
Any help would be appreciated.
