I have had this same problem for a while already. When I download PDfs to my work computer (PC) they do not sync to my home computer (Mac). Same happens vice versa. The citations appear, but the PDFs are missing. I have made sure that the sync options are correct (sync files etc.), but they are not synced. I checked my Mendeley online account and the PDFs do not seem to be syncing there at all?!? Can you please help me fix this. Mendeley loses its usefulness if it actually does not sync your library.
