Wondering if anyone can help me?
I am wanting to make "et al" appear in Italic font in incline citations. I go on to the Visual CSL editor to do this clicking on the italic symbols for text formatting.
After clicking "save" it asks if mendeley can make changes, to which I click allow. However, the error message "undefined. Error: Make sure the address starts with http:// or https" appears on the mendeley desktop and after checking my word document et al does not appear in Italics.
I am wondering how I can fix this? I assume the changes have been made on the Visual CSL editor but it isn't properly installing the changes to the mendeley desktop.
