I am Rohini, a student user of Mendeley for managing my citations. I am always running into issues when I make a word document (v 2008) in mac, insert references and then open it on a microsoft windows OS machine. While I am able to edit my references on the windows machine, when i reopen the same document in mac again, i dont seem to be able to do anything with my references. Mendeley doesn't allow me edit the references any more. IT wants me to reinsert everything. Could you may be help me figure out what could be going wrong? I have the latest version of Mendeley on my mac
