I am using two monitors, when I click the "Insert Citation" button it does not look like the button responds. However sometimes the pop-up appears in the corner of my screen. I have tried re-installing and the problem persists. If I disconnect my 2nd monitor the pop-up appears. Hence I need to disconnect my 2nd monitor to insert citations. Would be nice if there was a fix for this issue, I don't know if it is on Mendeley's side or Microsoft's.
