I systematically receive the message "An Error Has Occurred": Mendeley Web could not understand our request. Please try restarting Mendeley Desktop with the command-line option '--repair-database'.

Using the --repair-database command causes a "repairing database" popup to occur when I start Mendeley, but does not resolve the error.
