Hi. I am currently experiencing an issue using the Word Plug-in to insert in- text citations using the American Psychological Association style. For some citations (not all), the authors' names are formatted incorrectly. Specifically, some citations show up as (D.A. Smith, Johnson, & Jackson, 2011) instead of the correct format (Smith, Johnson, & Jackson, 2011). How do I fix this? FYI I have been using the Word plug-in for several months and never had this issue until about 1-2 weeks ago. Thanks in advance, Chris
