This is a bug report.
Somehow, many of my APA citations for Books come out with an incorrect Volume number, as "(Vol. 1)", which was never entered by me.
Apparently this wrong Volume number data is added to the record by the internet lookup feature or document parsing, or it defaults to "1" in some other document types, such as Case or Journal Article before the user corrects the document type.
This data is not exposed in the Book type UI. To correct the record, the user must manually change the document type to Case, delete the "1" in the Volume field, and then change the document type back to Book.
