I am getting the same error today:
When I try to edit a citation style (View-Citation Styles-More Styles, select a style, right click and Edit) the page loads party and stops with the error
"Cannot fetch style: http://www.zotero.org/styles/vancouver (Error: 503)
Please select a different style to edit."
Do you know if the network is down?
