Hi
I haven't used mendeley in a few weeks. I was waiting for my supervisor to complete editing my thesis. I received it yesterday.
1) When I try use the shortcut "alt" + "m" on my mac and it no longer works
2) when i do add/edit a citation (manually using the toolbar) once I edit the reference, it comes up with the "error #1 (if it's reference 1)" and says "would you like to keep the manual edit or the automatic edit" or it says "there was a problem updating your citation 3-7"..."to fix the problem delete and re-enter the citation"
please help..????
I did e-mail support@mendeley.com but had no feedback. This is a huge problem!!
Please help me.
