Hi, I recently bought Microsoft 2011 for my mac--replacing an older 2008 version. I was running the Word plug in with 2008 just fine, but even after deleting Office 2008 from the mac I cannot get the plug in to work in word 2011 for mendeley. It downloads the plug in and I see the script at the top of Word, but it doesn't insert citations and there is no toolbar. I understand it may be adding the plugin using some file from the old Word, but I have no idea how to change that. Office 2008 is no longer on the computer. I've restarted both programs multiple times and uninstalled/reinstalled all necessary products as well. And restarted the computer. Please advise.
