I tried to login on the Mendeley Desktop, but this message appeared:
"An error occurred when contacting Mendeley.
Details: Socket operation timed out.
Check your connection settings. If the problem persists, please contact support."
I am connected to internet at home, so I don't know what the problem is.
Please help!
