Im trying to use Mendeley Desktop in my Windows 7 and it just doens't connect! I've seen this problem here in the forum, tried the solutions proposed and none of them work. Also my machine is a dual boot one and it works just fine in Linux, but I would like to use it in windows as well. The error message is "connection timed out" and when i test my connection i nthe configurations i get this:
