Mendeley for Mac 1.11 Can't Insert Citations in Word

Hi, I am running Mendeley Desktop 1.11 on a Mac and I installed the Mendeley plugin for MS Word for Mac 2011 (v 14.4.2). When I click on insert citation nothing occurs.
