I've two new major problems with Mendely desktop 1.11 with MS Word 2007 and Windows Vista.
1/ I can't synchronize my library with Mendely web.
The error message: "Unable to connect to Mendely. Please check your network connection" appeared, but my network is good, and Mendelay worked good up to now.
I've not proxy connection, beacause I work at home. I try to untick "Use system connection setting" in Options menu, but it's no use and Mendeley doesn't work. My firwall have correct exceptions for Mendeley, and everything was going well till today.
2/ I cannot use any more the MS Word plugin. Word freeze when I try to insert a citation, but everything was going well till today. I try to uninstall Mendely desktop and pluggin (manually uninstall fo pluggin), in order to reinstall Mendely, but I can't install the pluggin now ...
Help me please.
