There's an error appeared while I just try to cite journals to my thesis. I done installing the Mendeley desktop then Mendeley desktop was downloading my journals from the internet (my own database), at that time I tried to cite the journals then I got message like this:
"Problem formatting citation #0
Unable to render citations due to a bug in the installed version of QtWebKit"
Can somebody help me out of this problem, I need my bachelor degree as soon as possible :p
