When documents are downloaded as NIH Public Access documents, they all are given the title "NIH Public Access." This is clearly wrong and makes searching for titles impossible. Further, sometimes the author is shown as "A. Manuscript," and sometimes part or all of the actual author list is shown.
As examples, the following document
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3035045/pdf/nihms266522.pdf
is entered as
1. Manuscript A. NIH Public Access. 2011. doi:10.1146/annurev.biophys.34.040204.144415.Toward.
while the entry for this one
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3108565/pdf/nihms299330.pdf
misses one of the three authors and has the incorrect title:
1. Orth JD, Palsson BØ. NIH Public Access. 2011;28(3):245-248. doi:10.1038/nbt.1614.What.
This issue has been discussed several times on the Mendeley web site; see

Because use of the public access version for many documents is becoming more common, this is a now significant problem for many users. Can you fix this?
