Problems with the Click-to-run version

Hi, When I try to instal the MS Word plugin, it appears an error message that suggests me to visit the website: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982434 My problem is that I don't remember my Microsoft account, since I bought the windows 7 version two years ago. Is there any other way to change the click-to-run version? Is Mendeley going to solve this compatibility problem with the Windows 7 click-to-run? Thank you, Jordina
