I've tried to get this resolved via Twitter but it's too slow so I'll summarise the problem here.
Is there a fix for bug that stops me seeing the Word 2010 plugin when I install it?
I have tried the steps at http://t.co/c8X3YmdW1U and they have not helped.
I do not have any other versions of Word installed on either machine that are failing to 'see' the plugin.
The problem affects two work machines that have Word 2010. It is slightly possible that I don't have access to all the set-up files on the laptop, but I definitely do on the work machine.
I have no problems on my home machine, which is Word 2007 and works well.
I'm reaching the point where I'm going to have to try a different service, which I don't want to do as I've got on well with Mendeley so far.
