Hi,
Everything was working fine until I started a new word document one day and nothing from the Mendeley icon was working. I wanted to 'insert citation' but nothing happened. I even tried to 'change citation style but nothing. Not even a rainbow wheel! I also cannot see a ‘Send Citation to Word Processor’.
