I've been receiving an error while using the Mendeley Word Plugin and trying to insert a citation in the text. It doesn't happen every time, only sporadically. After choosing the citation a box pops up with the title "Mendeley Word Plugin Problem" and the text:
"Method 'Text' of object 'Range' failed (-2147417848) in MendeleyPlugin
For more help, please visit http://support.mendeley.com"
After I click OK in the box my mouse no longer works correctly in the Word document. I can change tabs and click buttons in the ribbon but I cannot move the cursor or highlight text.
